Healing Is The Best Contribution
For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt different. It wasn’t about being better or worse than anyone else — it was just this deep sense that I wasn’t quite like the people around me. At first, I tried to ignore it. Like most of us, I wanted to fit in, to belong. So I started following paths that weren’t mine, trying to smooth out the parts of myself that made me stand out.
But that only lasted so long. Eventually, I found myself standing in front of the mirror, looking at someone I barely recognized. I didn’t like who I had become. I wasn’t just pretending to be someone else — I had lost my own sense of self.
And that’s when something inside me stirred. It felt like a knock from deep within, a voice reminding me: “Arabelle, this isn’t you. Remember who you are.”
It was at that moment that I made the decision to take responsibility for my life. To stop giving my power away and start owning my choices, my actions, and my path.
Healing from the Inside Out: A Holistic Approach to Transformation
Healing isn’t just about tapping into spirituality.
It’s about deeply understanding how our bodies, minds, and spirits work together. And that’s where my work really begins. You’ll hear a lot of people talk about intuition, energy, or frequency, but what many don’t mention is the science that backs it up.
For me, intuition is only the starting point. What makes my work different is that I also bring in the practical, evidence-based understanding of how healing works — especially through neuroscience.
Research shows that practices like mindfulness can reduce the size of the amygdala (the fear center of the brain) and increase the size of the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for decision-making and awareness. This blend of ancient wisdom with modern science is at the heart of everything I do.
When I first introduced these ideas to Burma (now called Myanmar), hardly anyone was talking about this – energy, frequency or personal development in this depth. People didn’t know what these concepts meant, let alone how to apply them in their lives. But that changed within a year. Slowly, more people started talking about it — and today, many of my students are now teaching these concepts themselves.
Real Stories, Real Transformation
I’ve been fortunate to witness so many incredible transformations over the years. One woman, let’s call her Andy, came to me after months of struggling with health issues, including an irregular menstrual cycle. After working together, not only did her cycle return to normal, but she also regained a sense of balance in her life.
Another client, Shay, through our sessions, discovered a hidden health condition that could have gone unnoticed. By tuning into her body, she was able to take the necessary steps to heal.
It’s not just about physical health, though. So many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in their finances. Through the work we do together, they’ve gone from feeling powerless to thriving — generating over $34 million collectively in revenue. These aren’t just numbers; these are real people, making real changes in their lives.
An Invitation to Think Differently
Growing up in Burma, many of us were taught to memorize and follow the rules, rather than think for ourselves. I saw this play out in my own life and the lives of so many people around me.
Critical thinking wasn’t encouraged. We weren’t given the space to question or make decisions for ourselves. Over time, that mindset leads to giving away your power — to other people, to the government, even to spiritual figures.
But the truth is, the power to change your life is already within you. It’s not about waiting for someone else to fix things. In my courses, I guide people to look within, to take responsibility for their own lives, and to stop searching for answers outside of themselves. Because once you reclaim that power, everything changes.
Practical Steps for Personal Responsibility
Here are three small, yet powerful steps you can start today to take responsibility for your life:
1. Reflect on Your Daily Choices: At the end of each day, take 5 minutes to reflect on the decisions you made. Were they aligned with who you want to be? What can you change tomorrow to better align with your true self?
2. Start Small, Take Ownership: Pick one area of your life where you feel stuck — whether it’s your health, finances, or relationships — and ask, “What’s one thing I can do today to move forward?” It could be as simple as starting a new habit or making a small decision to reclaim your power.
3. Tune Into Your Intuition: Spend a few quiet minutes each day tuning into your intuition. Whether through meditation, journaling, or quiet reflection, start building the habit of listening to that inner voice guiding you toward what feels right.
A Legacy of Leadership
When I brought these teachings to Burma — ideas about energy, frequency, and healing — nobody was talking about these concepts. But within just a few months, they started catching on. Now, four years later, many of my students are sharing these teachings with others. I’ve always believed that when one person grows, they inspire others to do the same.
I’ve learned from many teachers from the indigenous healers, shamans, biohackers, mainstream gurus to modern spiritual teachers. My journey has taken me from the east to the west, and I’ve seen firsthand how blending ancient practices with modern science can create powerful, lasting transformations.
This isn’t just theory. I’ve lived it. I’ve seen it through my work over the last 10 years with people from 122 countries. And I’m here to guide you through it too.
The Power of Personal Responsibility
Taking responsibility for your life isn’t easy, but it’s the greatest contribution you can make to yourself and the world.
Studies show that individuals who take responsibility for their mental health see a 30% reduction in depression symptoms. Imagine what could shift in your life if you stopped waiting for someone else to fix things and started looking within.
